Shipping for the dispatch of goods takes approximately 2-4 days after we have received your order.

Return of goods
If you want to exchange the item, you must always add a comment regarding the reason for the return so that we can process it more easily.
If you wish to cancel the purchase, notify our customer service center before the deadline expires. We recommend using the attached withdrawal form.
Pay attention to your obligations upon return:
- The item(s) must be packed securely.
- The item(s) must be returned complete, in the original product packaging and transport packaging.
However, you will be responsible for the item's reduced value if testing or examination goes beyond what is reasonable and necessary. Value reduction will typically consist of repair costs resulting from the consumer's handling/use of the item beyond what is necessary.
For standard purchases, the item can be delivered to the store with a receipt.
For shipping - return costs are borne by the buyer.
The seller shall refund all actual costs the customer was charged in connection with the purchase within a reasonable time after the item has been handed over to the seller.
